This highlights a sustained growth since 2019 (+3pp) with customers increasingly positive towards our sustainable management, placing us among the top 25% of the companies in the SSIndex. We scored highly on Environmental Culture (Clients recognize the Environmental Management (91%) and Social Management (85%) which highlight a culture of concern for the environment at CMPC Pulp). The transparency, ethics and integrity of our employees are highlighted. Finally, we measure the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers through NPS, giving us a value of 90%.
