At the International Paper Technology Exhibition (CIPTE) conference, held in China, CMPC explained the wide range of opportunities that forests offer and shared how our Company is committed to generating a more sustainable future.

Held on August 15th in Shanghai, China, the influential the China International Paper Technology Exhibition (CIPTE) conference has 35 years of history and y many professional visitors from papermaking and upstream and downstream enterprises.
During the event, held in the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, scientific advances and trends in papermaking and the use of biomass resources were presented.
Representing our Company and participating as a speaker on the panel “Towards a Circular Bioeconomy: CMPC’s Opportunity and Approach”, José Tomás Corthorn, Chief Representative CMPC Asia, emphasized that trees offer a wide variety of opportunities due to their components and the structure of their molecules.
